Offices are available at £250 (plus VAT) per workstation per month, and this is inclusive of: telephone answering in your company name, reception service, furniture, on-site IT support, individual office alarm system, heating, lighting, water, rates, cleaning and car parking. The licence agreement period is either six months or one year. The centre has invested in state of the art communications, and fast speed Broadband is available at a low monthly charge. Conference facilities are available for 2 - 50 people, and include audio and visual conference call equipment, catering, multi-vision facilities, and flexible room layouts. A 'Drop-in Office' service is offered if an office is required for an hour or for a day at very low rates, and this does not need to be pre-booked. A virtual office service is also provided with a full answering service as well as a mail address.
