The office suites within the main building are either 180 sq. ft. or 260 sq. ft. in size and the number of rooms available varies from time to time. The centre aims to provide an "easy-in, easy-out" service to help you. The main office block is accessed via a secure entry system and once inside you'll find the offices bright, professional and comfortable. Some have existing furniture, some are presented as a shell and furniture can be sourced if required. The meeting room is for the use of all tenants which can be arranged through a diary system or calling in past reception. There is a reception area and the landlord's office is not always manned, hence the secure entry system. The exit/entry door is covered by CCTV. Light industrial units, the variety of units provides the greatest level of flexibility for your business, with the opportunity to move to larger units in the future should they become available as your own business grows.
