Running parallel with Dean Street, South from Soho Square is Greek Street. Greek Street has always had a colourful air, indeed both Casanova stayed here in 1764 and Thomas De Quincey (writer of Confessions of an Opium Eater) lived here in the early 1800s. Since then the area has become home to several household media corporations such as 20th Century Fox and Paul McCartneys MPL Communications. Not bad neighbours! 11 Greek Street is an attractive Georgian style building which has undergone a comprehensive and contemporary refurbishment, whilst retaining some of the original attractive period features which include cornicing and fire places.
