The location of this business centre is a small community of approximately 13 office buildings. They have two spacious, light, modern and professional meeting rooms available to hire or rent on the second floor of one of the buildings. They also have an open plan area available to rent. There are flexible arrangements available depending on your requirements. The Specter Room is the larger of the two rooms, suitable for up to 10 delegates in a boardroom format or 3 possibly 4 work stations. The Pearson Room is smaller and suitable for up to 6 delegates in a boardroom format or 2 work stations. The open plan area is suitable for 3 work stations with storage cupboards. All available space have convenient access to a small kitchen area. Food and beverages can also be provided on room hire. Charges are by the hour or for full or half days for hire and hot desking or monthly rate for rental.
