The Laval Centre occupies a two-story building in the heart of Laval's central business district. The complex offers ample onsite business services and parking. This is a hi-tech neighborhood that's home to a large number of biotech research centres and world-class educational institutions at nearby Biotech City. Laval is the largest suburb of Montreal, the third largest municipality in Quebec province and the 14th largest city in Canada. It is a hub for the fashion and retail sector, and the largest enclosed shopping mall in Laval is opposite the centre.
