All offices are furnished with a large wrap around desk, matching seating, filing cabinets, and a state of the art phone set. The courteous skilled receptionists will answer and screen all of your phone calls and take messages on our state of the art telecommunication system. You will have 24-hour automated voice mail and message retrieval from anywhere. Along with greeting your guests when they arrive, the receptionists will distribute your incoming mail to your own personal mailbox and will sign for and receive your special deliveries. There is also the use of our elegant conference rooms and conference center, reception area, lobby, and waiting room.
