If you walk north of Oxford Street along Tottenham Court Road, were about 100 yards up on the left (so almost on top of the new Crossrail station). The entrance is just off the main drag in a building that has just been fully refurbished by Derwent London. ORMS architects have created a stunning re-design of the building, with particular emphasis on the ground floor, articulated with a blade and ribbon concept (you have to go there to get it). We retained ORMS to continue with the design intent. Lots of natural light, event space, a lounge, individual offices and loads of meeting rooms make up around 34,000 sq. ft. of space that we have here.
