The centre provides furnished or unfurnished suites, which are available in sizes from 110 sqft upwards. The accommodation is set out over the ground / mezzanine and upper two floors. The office suites are available on flexible 12-month licence agreements incorporating a 3-month notice to break any time. The monthly licence fee is inclusive of: rent; general business and water rates; gas central heating; electricity and lighting; insurance of the building and fixtures and fittings; reception and telephone answering service; daily cleaning of the office suites and common parts; furniture (if required); 24-hour access 7 days a week; telephone handsets; one main DDI number per company; 64kbps uncontended internet connection. The centre also provides virtual office facilities which includes a dedicated telephone number and access to all the in-house services / facilities on a 'pay as you use' basis.
