The 45 business units are split into an East and West wing over several floors and range from 80 sq ft to 1,950 sq ft. The centre also provides a mailbox service and co-working space for those who do not need permanent business accommodation, plus hire of a 12 person meeting room. Offices range from 80 - 955 sq ft and are available on an unfurnished basis, allowing you to tailor the accommodation to suit your business needs. This means our office space is suitable for both small start-ups and medium-sized businesses. We also have a shared office available, which offers 12 dedicated desks that can be rented for as little as £15 per month. This co-working space benefits from fibre-optic broadband and complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The spacious ground floor meeting room can comfortably seat up to 12 people in a boardroom style arrangement. This can be hired on an hourly, half day or daily rate and support services such as projector hire and printing can be arranged at an additional cost. Use of a whiteboard, flip chart and WiFi is included in the hire cost, which starts from £20 per hour.
