The Office The Stanley Building

The Stanley building which is a small listed building in central London has been refurbished. We then wrapped a new building around it to create a new 30,000 sq. ft. office building, offering a contemporary office space and a range of meeting venues next to King's Cross. Studio Downie Architects worked with Wells Mackereth to create space for a range of office sizes, meeting rooms, event spaces and co-working spaces. We also went Green again with a green roof terrace, rainwater harvesting, PV panels, CHP heating and a proper lighting strategy (sensors, low energy etc.).
