This centre offers flexible office space from 600, 850 to 1500 sq ft. Ideally located near the Town Hall with a short walking distance to the Square and the beach. The building comes with parking for both visitors and residents. There are 4 communal kitchens in the centre and two shower rooms. All offices have their own coded alarm and the building benefits from CCTV. Intelligent LED lighting is in all the offices and there is a 10.5KWh Solar array providing the centre with much of its power needs. The offices are offered on a semi-serviced basis. All bills are included (gas, electricity, business rates) there is no VAT added which makes the building ideal for start-ups. There is no reception and residents are expected to pay their own broadband/ telecommunications bills. All offices have CAT 5 cabling and the internet connection is up to 1GB.
