This business centre offers flexible serviced office accommodation in a professional and friendly environment either under a twelve month renewable licence agreement, or, for shorter periods. The centre provides fully furnished offices including telephones, internet access and central use of all normal office equipment. Most services are included in the monthly licence fee with others charged on a usage basis. Offices vary from one person rooms, to rooms able to accommodate four people or even interconnecting rooms for six or more. The following services are included in the licence fee: accommodation; reception facilities providing a 'front of house' for your business; switchboard services answering incoming calls, direct dial and voice mail; mail handling; messge taking service; covering the basic office operations during holiday and absence; fully furnished offices; daily cleaning of offices; 24-hour access; heating, lighting and power; business rates; building insurance and maintenance. Additional services extra to the licence fee include: secretarial support; faxes and photocopies; meeting room; broadband; safe store facility; car parking; stationery orders; courier facilities; and personalised franked mail.
